Meredith is a graduate of the Montana School of Massage, a Licenced Massaged Therapist, a Certified Myoskeletal Therapist and has studied Ortho-bionomy. (Ortho-bionomy is a gentle, non-invasive, osteopathically-based form of body work.)
Her work is based in the knowledge that the source of chronic pain for many arises from very common imbalances and dysfunctional patterns in the musculoskeletal system. Most chronic pain can be relieved with a combination of skilled manual therapy and intelligent corrective exercise.
Meredith brings together advanced therapeutic strategies to relieve, and ultimately correct, patterns in the body that lead to pain and deterioration.
She is also a competitive weightlifter and outdoor enthusiasts who spends her spare time hiking, skiing and backpacking with her family.

Camarin has been practicing massage therapy for over 17 years in Missoula. Always having a passion for giving massage since she was a small child, she pursued and completed massage therapy school at the Montana School of Massage in 2002.
She focuses on the individual needs of each client while utilizing a variety of massage techniques and modalities. Working as a remedial massage therapist in her own business for several years has given her the opportunity to assist a broad array of clientele with different massage needs, including subacute and chronic injuries, auto accident victims, and overuse joint and muscle issues. Optimum health and well being are her main goals in treating each body.
While continuing practicing as a certified massage therapist, Camarin finished college and graduated with a bachelor’s of arts degree in Sociology from the University of Montana. Deep Tissue Massage Group is her vision and passion to bring more pain relief to more people through deep tissue techniques.
Rachel Ochoa, L.M.T. Licensed Massage Therapist

Rachel has lived in Missoula for over 25 years. As a Licensed Massage Therapist she trained in a variety of modalities and techniques that include Deep Tissue and Cupping, as well as trigger point therapy, myofascial, and incorporating range of motion therapy so her clients get the most out of each massage session. She is a great listener and ready to hear what you and your body need for recovery. Rachel enjoys the arts and being able to adventure in the outdoors here in our local community.
Cait Golins, L.M.T. Licensed Massage Therapist

Cait moved to Missoula from Chicago in 2004 to attend the University of Montana. After graduating from UM with a BA in Liberal Studies, her gears shifted and she found herself on a new path-a path that would still allow her to engage with others while assisting them with their personal well being. Massage therapy was an unintentional passion stemming from a childhood connection with the healing properties of human touch. It wasn’t until attending The New School for Massage, Bodywork and Healing in downtown Chicago that a passion for massage therapy became intentional. Through her studies at The New School, Cait became competent and proficient in anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology, along with Swedish, Sports and Deep Tissue Massage. She has been practicing massage since 2011. She sees human touch awakens the senses and soothes to soul which drives her to help others realize the value and limitless opportunities massage therapy provides for our body, mind and spirit.
Jessie Vaillancourt, L.M.T. Licensed Massage Therapist

Jessie is a graduate of the Massage Training Institute of Montana. She is adept at tailoring each massage session to every individuals' goals in healing and recovery. She utilizes a wide range of modalities such as deep tissue and trigger point techniques and NeuroMuscular Therapy.
When she is not practicing massage she enjoys spending time with her family, tending her gardens, and enjoying her farm animals, including her pack goats.
